Single or Multi-Target HMI apps
Our solution supports three models for providing Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) as mobile apps.
Static Models

Static Single-Target model for manufacturers creating HMI apps for a single type of appliance (ex. an app for a model of clothes washers).

Static Multi-Target model for manufacturers creating a common HMI app with interfaces for several types of appliances (ex. the same app provides HMI for a clothes washer, dish washer, oven, etc.).
These "static" models are for appliances that have pre-defined uses. HMIs are integrated in the apps and the apps are delivered as installation packages.
Dynamic Model

Dynamic Multi-Target model - allows a manufacturer to create an app environment that can be updated dynamically with HMI for programmable multi-purpose equipment (ex. an industrial Programable Logic Controller).
In this case, HMI are created at the time of their installation when the equipment is purposed. HMIs are then delivered dynamically to users via the manufacturer's app and the mobile's network connection when users connect to equipment.
