All of our hardware products benefit from our manufacturer guaranty and a one year, renewable Support and Maintenance Contract. The support services include:

- Software updates and patches
For IoTize products including their software and hardware components, go to our dedicated support web site. That site provides downloads and an online interface for entering and tracking support requests.

- Product name / part number
- Serial number
- Proof of purchase (if possible)
Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive
The Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive limits or prohibits the use of six hazardous materials in the manufacture of various types of electronic and electrical equipment. Under the RoHS initiative, IoTize has put in place design and manufacturing constraints processes to ensure that products conform with this directive. IoTize works with manufacturing subcontractors whose processes, materials and suppliers conform with the RoHS directive.

Management of Waste Electrical Equipment
The Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) initiative has been put in place to support recuperation and disposal of unused electronic goods. Under the WEEE initiative, IoTize participates by contributing to European organizations designated for recuperation of electronic waste. Please contact local organizations for electronic waste disposal for more information on free disposal.
